Blooms Today understands there is emotion attached to the gesture of sending a gift to a friend or loved one. We recognize the importance of knowing if your order has been delivered successfully and will support you with every element of this process. That’s why we work closely with our preferred florists and are able to obtain delivery confirmations as soon as they are available. Once we receive notice that an order has been delivered, an email update is then automatically sent to you, so you can rest assured that your recipient has received their gift.

Please note, each delivery method functions on a separate time line. To better understand how your delivery confirmation will be obtained, please review the following guidelines to see how much time is necessary before a delivery confirmation can be obtained:

DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Same day delivery:

Florists have until the close of business to deliver a product to the recipient. This may be up to 5:00p.m. for business deliveries and may be as late as 7:00p.m. for residential deliveries. During the holidays, deliveries may be as late as 9:00pm. If an email address was provided at the point of sale, a delivery confirmation will automatically be emailed. You may also call 1-800-353-0595 during business hours (8am-8pm EST Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm EST Sat-Sun) to speak with a customer service representative who can provide a delivery confirmation.

Express Delivery:

Express delivery on items ordered for same-day delivery will be delivered within a 4-hour window. Customers who purchased this service for a future delivery date should expect delivery before 1:00pm on the requested delivery date.
